Charlie Harrison Neblett

Charlie Harrison Neblett, 67, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at home in Texarkana, AR, surrounded by family. He was born on February 2, 1958, to his parents, Louis C. Neblett and Thelma Matthews. Charlie loved being a welder and a mechanic. He enjoyed tinkering on vehicles. Charlie loved spending time with his family and friends. He lived hard but believed in God.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis C. Neblett Sr. (Sara) and Thelma Matthews Hill (Arthur); and three sisters, Annette Bariola, Robin Garcia, and Shirley F. Pieroni.

Charlie is survived by his siblings, Thelma Louise Brown (Keith) of Midland, TX, Louis C. Neblett (Helga) of Crossett, AR, Wanda F. Breckenridge (Glen) of Ozark, AR, Pearly J. Shaver (Jimmy) of Fountain Hill, AR, Barbara J. Wells of Portland, AR, Renee Hesse (Michael) of Celina, TX, Douglas Neblett of South Korea, Sherry E. Irons (Lewis) of El Dorado, AR, and Vicki Reginelli (Tony) of Lake Village, AR; his daughter, Cara N. Neblett of Bastrop, LA; two granddaughters; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dewayne Highman, Cleve Batte, Hardy Sawyer, Bruce Towe, Leo Neblett, Orby Shaver, Joe Shaver, Carolyn Ackins, and Bobby A. Barrington.
