Uncle Chuck was awesome. I have strong memories of all the family get togethers. He was always there and always had a kind word for all. He always called me "Young Feller." I liked that. He loved to take pictures and was our official family photographer. I remember how we would friendly tease him about how long he took to set up and take pictures. My last memory of him was out at the cabin on a Fourth of July, him taking great pride cutting up the watermelon with that big ole knife. My heart goes out to the wonderful Clara who was his faithful wife and caretaker in his later life. Thank you for all you did for him. He was one of a kind and he will be greatly missed.

My condolences on your loss. It was a great pleasure having the opportunity to work with Chuck on several design projects at Square D. We even shared a patent or two. I especially enjoyed speaking a few words in Czech with him on occassion. He was skillful designer and a very pleasant person to work with.

d, having even shared a patent or two. I especially enjoyed getting to speak a few words of Czech with him on occassion, that being our common heritage. Chuck was a skillful designer and a very pleasant person to work with.
