Charles was born on July 14, 1928 and passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018. Charles was a resident of Ocean View, Delaware at the time of passing. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 14, 1928 and proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at St. Ann Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE, where friends and family may call after 11 AM. Interment with fireman and military honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Chuck's name to the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, 35554 Atlantic Ave., Millville, DE 19967.
