Mr. Charles Wayne “Radar” Ragar, age 60, of Franklin, KY, passed away on July 4th, 2025 in Franklin, KY.
Cremation was chosen and services will be private.
Radar was born June 18, 1965 in Franklin, KY.
He is survived by his mother and step-father Wanda Faye and David Jennett of Franklin, KY: father and step-mother, Wayne and Sue Ragar of Franklin, KY; daughter, Alyssa Ragar of Portland, TN; grandson, Carter Burke; two brothers, Michael McMillin (Michelle) and Steve McMillin (Tammy) both of Franklin, KY; two sisters, Tammy Houck (Chuck) of Murfreesboro, TN and Luann Jones (Gary) of Scottsville, KY; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Radar attended Macedonia General Baptist Church as a child. He was a graduate of the Franklin-Simpson High School and had worked at Kendall Company and Franklin Aluminum throughout his life. Radar enjoyed fishing and socializing.
