Mr. Reavis was my 8th grade Social Studies teacher during the late 60s at Smith Cotton High School. I consider myself fortunate to have had him. I learned the workings of the U S federal government and constitution from him. He had a unique style of teaching and made it interesting.

We are your neighbors at 25658 Thomas Rd. We are so sorry to hear this. He stopped and let us know our goats were out and gave us a cloth calendar with his info on it. Very nice man.

We have lost a great friend and person... Bob was one of a kind. Will miss our talks at Wendy's . So enjoyed our talks as he was always in a good mood and fun to be around. Always talked about his Angus and how many he had left.
R.I.P. my dear friend.

LHS basketball star, master classroom teacher, and an outstanding school administrator as a mentor to me. Bob was a no-nonsense educator with a great sense of humor. He will be missed.

My most favorite teacher at Smith Cotton (Class of 70) and later to teach under his guidance while he was principal at Sedalia Middle School. Amazing man, horse lover and all around inspiring person. I have the fondest memories of his jovial teasing and endearing (mischievous) smile! Warmest thoughts of healing for the family and close friends, of which I know he had many!
