Charles Scott Roberts, age 58, born on November 13, 1967, in Port Lavaca, Texas, passed away on February 18, 2026, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. Charles was known for his compassion and commitment to helping others.
He is survived by his aunt, Charlene (Oscar) Vails, uncles Glen (Bonnie) Heck and Charles D. (Ann) Heck, caregivers Andrew Smith and Angelia Tullos, and his four legged companions Barkley, Piper, and Meadow. Charles's family and friends will remember him for his warm spirit and the kindness he extended to everyone he met.
In accordance with his wishes, Charles's remains will be cremated. His family will hold a private remembrance to honor his life and legacy.
Charles was preceded in death by: (mother) Geraldine "Moody" Heck Kyson, (brother) Terry Roberts, (step-father) Troy Kyson, (step-brother) Trey Kyson, (father) Billy Roberts, (grand-father) Charles D. Heck, (grand-mother) Flossie Bonnette Heck
