Charles Richard Stancliff

On November 19, 2025 Charles Richard "Rick/Ricky" Stancliff passed away peacefully in Towson, MD at the age of 77. A lifelong resident of Dundalk, Rick graduated from Dundalk High School in 1967. He worked in the construction industry for a period until he was drafted in 1968. He served 6 years in the Maryland National Guard and Army Reserves. Rick successfully completed active duty training and earned the recognition of M-16 rifle sharpshooter. Following an Honorable discharge he worked in several industries throughout his life including Four Roses Distillery, Crown Cork and Seal, Electrolux and ultimately retiring from Weis Markets, formerly Mars Supermarkets. Rick had a passion for Baltimore sports including the Ravens and the Orioles, crabs, ice cream and shooting pool. He was known as a skilled pool player winning many tournaments over the years. Rick will be greatly missed by his numerous friends and fellow pool players. He is the beloved son of the late Richard Leslie and Selina (nee Woodward) Stancliff. He is survived by members of the Lester Foster Jr. family, lifelong friends of the Stancliffs. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service on November 28 at 2 pm. He will be buried alongside his parents at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens located at 5598 Trumps Mill Road , Baltimore, Maryland 21206.
