Age 67 of Elmira, NY. He was born April 9, 1958 in Elmira, son of the late Leon Stroman, Jr. and Olivia (Owens) Stroman and passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Robert Packer Hospital. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother-in-law John Holt, Jr. Charles is survived by his longtime companion Brenda Bullock and her son Trevor; siblings Vance Stroman (Cindy Shaylor), Geoffery Stroman (Laurie), June Stroman-Holt and Gregory Stroman along with a host of nieces and nephews. He was employed with Sears until its closing and was also employed with many restaurants in the area including Friendly's, Applebee's and Denny's. He was an avid sports fan, following the Raiders, Orioles, Lakers and The Ohio State Football. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Friday, September 5th from 3 to 5 pm. A Repast will follow at the Queen City Elks Lodge, 726 Benjamin St., Elmira
