Charles Edward Williams

Mr. Charles Edward Williams, age 71, was born August 12, 1950 to the parentage of the late Mr. Willie Williams and the late Mrs. Mamie Lee Holley Williams. Charles departed this life in Jackson, AL at the home of his beloved sister and loving caregiver, Mrs. Gloria Jean Johnson.
Early in life, Charles attended church at Saint Luke Baptist Church in Walker Springs.
Charles will live forever in the heart of his loving and devoted sister, Mrs. Gloria Jean Johnson of Jackson, AL; four nieces, Saundra (Dennis) Perine of Warner Robbins, GA, Sherry (Cedrick) Bumpers of Jackson, AL; Yolanda (Wanza) Harris and Keshia (Jimmie) Bailey, all of Birmingham, AL; two aunts, Bessie Crayton of Jackson, AL and Luvenia Moore of Los Angeles, CA; one uncle, James Williams of Los Angeles, CA; a host of great nieces, great nephews, and other relatives.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022, 11am at Hotel Hill Cemetery in the Walker Springs Community of Jackson, AL; Reverend Thaddeus J.Z. Douglas, Eulogist. Facial covering is mandatory and social distancing is encouraged.
