Charlie Ray Woods

Charlie Ray Woods, 68, passed away on October 29th, 2025, at Manatee Memorial Hospital after a battle with cancer. He was born February 27th, 1957, in Modesto, California, and grew up in Patterson, California. He permanently relocated to Bradenton, Florida in 1976. Charlie loved the beach. He spent several years living on a sailboat with his beloved dog named Ocean. He also loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Woods, Sr., and Noma Woods (Kilgore), as well as his brother, Raymond Woods. He is survived by his son, Jeremy Woods, daughter, April Woods, their mother, Linda Woods, brother Albert Woods, Jr., sisters Lillie Jean Garrett and Susie Borges, as well as many nephews and nieces.
