Charlotte Katherine Davis, 97, died October 9, 2025, at Hearten House in La Crosse, WI.
Charlotte Davis was born July 4, 1928, in Minneapolis to Glen and Katherine (Ulrich) Davis. Charlotte graduated from Patrick Henry High School in Minneapolis in 1946. She graduated from Macalester College, St. Paul, with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1951. Charlotte taught elementary school in Rochester at Horace Mann and Winston Churchill schools for 40 years. She retired in 1991.
She enjoyed gardening, traveling, music and attending Minnesota Orchestra concerts and operas. Charlotte was a member of NEA, MEA, REA; currently she was a member of REAM (Retired Educators Association of Minnesota), RARE, and SEREAM, First Presbyterian Church and Esther Circle.
Charlotte is survived by her cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister, Joan.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 13, 2025, at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the ADK Scholarship Fund, First Presbyterian Church, or RARE (Rochester Area Retired Educators).
