Charlotte Dodd Herbst Obituary
Charlotte dedicated 32 years of service to Kuhn Employment and was an active member of the Civitan Club of Meriden-Wallingford, Inc. She had a lifelong passion for helping others and making a positive impact in her community.
Born in Ogdensburg, NY, on June 1, 1945, Charlotte was the daughter of the late Helen Elizabeth Cadieux and William Andrew O'Neill.
She is survived by her sister, Mary St. Laurent, and husband Art, along with their children; her stepson and daughter-in-law, Robert G. Herbst and Jamie Herbst; her cherished grandchildren, Lauren and Trevor; and many beloved cousins in New York and Canada.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a graveside service, which will be scheduled in Spring 2026 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Meriden, CT.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Charlotte's memory may be made to the Civitan Club of Meriden-Wallingford, Inc.
Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home.
