Charlotte Eggleston Obituary
Charlotte Louise Eggleston, 87, of Babson Park, Florida, formerly of Logan, passed away Friday, March 27, 2026. She was born March 8, 1939, in Athens, Ohio, daughter of the late Manley and Alice Ely Ellis. Charlotte was the widow of the late Donald R. Eggleston.
Charlotte was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed baking. She embraced her family, supporting everything her grandchildren did.
She is survived by her son, Thomas (Virginia) Tripp II, of Babson Park, Florida; daughter, Crys (Bill) Mitchell of Springboro, Ohio; grandchildren, Thomas Tripp III, Billy (Dana) Mitchell, and Amanda (Matt) Keifer; and 7 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Charlotte was preceded in death by 1 sister, 5 brothers, and granddaughter, Sarah Stuttle.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, with Pastor Jamie Hanning officiating. No visitation will be held.
Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
