Tim Eggleston

Maysville, Missouri…Tim Eggleston was born on September 29, 1962, and passed away after a 14-month battle with cancer on February 18, 2026.

Tim graduated from Maysville High School and had several jobs throughout his life. He worked on Paul Ackley's hog farm, he worked construction for Bert Sherard and Gaylon Castor, and he was a mechanic for several years at Well's Implement. However, Tim's true passion was farming and custom harvesting: just make sure the tractor is green.

On September 4, 2009, Tim married the love of his life Cindy (Thornton) Eggleston. He loved spending time with family, especially watching nephews Ryker and Roxton, niece Rielle, and grandsons Braden, Clayton, and Louin play ball.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Carolyn Eggleston, Marilyn and Jack Stevens, and Robert Edwards; and brothers Curtis and Randy Eggleston.

He is survived by his surrogate mother Reita Edwards; wife Cindy; stepchildren Bobbi, Michael (Rachael), and Stefani Pulley; siblings Rusty (Mariel) and Ryan Edwards, Ray Eggleston, and the Texas siblings: Missy (Greg), Mary (Don), Barry Jo (Lisa), and Dayton; grandchildren Braden (Ashton), Clayton (Brooke), and Louin; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends all over the country.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Turner Family Funeral Home in Maysville, MO.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 ~ 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Turner Family Funeral Home.
There will be a private interment.

Memorial contributions may be made in Tim's honor to the Maysville FFA Chapter.
