Charlotte Geis Obituary

Charlotte Geis, 80, of Finleyville, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026. She was born April 3, 1945, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late William and Eleanor Ringeisen. Charlotte retired from State Farm, where she worked many years as an insurance agent. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville and enjoyed traveling with family to their annual beach vacation at Hilton Head, bowling and biking. Surviving are her husband, Charles Geis; one daughter, Colleen (Eric) Ginsburg; three granddaughters, Cassidy (Will), Ashley and Madyson; two great- grandchildren, Brynnlee and Brexton; one brother, William Ringeisen; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are her son, Charles Geis, Jr.; one brother, Kenny; and one sister, Betty. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 8, in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, where a Blessing Service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, March 9, with interment following in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. Memorial donations, in her name, can be made to the Hilton Head Sea Turtle Patrol at www.seaturtlepatrolhhi.org
