Charlotte Ruth Lewis, age 84, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026, in Oconto Falls. Born on January 31, 1942, in Detroit , MI, to the late Kleber and Eva Jane (Frye) Andre. On July 30, 1959, Charlotte married the love of her life Harold Lewis in Milwaukee. He later preceded her in death on March 7, 2024. Charlotte was kind and creative. She loved to daydream, sing, and dance. She was a selfless woman and always took to the time to help others. In her free time, Charlotte enjoyed drawing and especially using her pastels. She will be deeply missed.
Charlotte is survived by: her children, Sally Lewis, of Milwaukee, Jeff Lewis, of Milwaukee, Timothy Lewis, of Oshkosh, Tammy Lewis, of Oconto Falls, Patrick Lewis, of Oconto Falls, and Betty (Shane) Stange; her grandchildren, Dana (Dan) Lundgren and Hayden Stange; her great-grandchildren; Mia and Evelyn.
She is preceded in death by: her husband Harold; her parents Kleber and Eva; her brothers, Andy Benjamin “Benny”, and Charles.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday March 21, 2026, at United Methodist Church in Oconto Falls with Pastor Shadrach officiating.
