Charlotte Flynn Sienna passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Charlotte was born on November 22, 1941, in Middletown, CT, and is the daughter of Albert and Edith (Roberts) Flynn.
Charlotte is survived by her devoted husband, Nicholas T. Sienna Jr., of 65 years. Her cherished children, Donna (Ken) Buggie, Nicholas (Jamie) Sienna, both of Cromwell, and Susan (Sal) Timbro of Middlefield, CT. As well as her 5 special grandchildren, Matthew (Danielle) Buggie, Kristofer (Sarah) Buggie, Brendan (Joshua) Buggie, Cole Timbro and Meaghan (Devin) Gilbert, her 3 step-grandchildren, Emalie Reinert, Sara Fazekas and Megan Middleton, and her 4 precious great-grandchildren, Nicholas Buggie, Olivia Buggie, Cameron Buggie and soon-to-be-born baby boy, Buggie.
She is also survived by her sisters, Roberta Gunther, Linda Groeper, Maureen (Alan) Fleet. Her brothers-in-law, Anthony Omicioli, Douglas Sienna, and her sister-in-law, Patricia Sienna, her special aunt, Virginia Songco of York, Maine.
She was predeceased by her parents, her sister, Susan Omicioli, and her brother-in-law, Phil Gunther.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, September 10th, from 5-8pm at D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South Main Street, Middletown CT. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John's Church, in Cromwell, CT, on Thursday, September 11th, at 11:30am. Burial will follow at State of Connecticut Veterans Cemetery, on 317 Bow Lane, in Middletown, CT.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlotte's memory may be made to Middlesex Hospice Care at home, 117 Main Street Extension, Middletown, CT 06457.
