WILKINSON, Charlotte M. of Dedham, MA, passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 88. Born to Louis and Albertine (Hache) Berry of Waltham. Charlotte lived a life marked by resilience and service to others.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Wilkinson and was predeceased by her son Ralph Ward. Charlotte's strength and compassion were hallmarks of her character. A proud member of the recovery community, she celebrated 51 years of sobriety and devoted much of her life to helping others on their own journeys.

Charlotte had a passion for sewing and brought creativity to all she did. Her love extended deeply to her family. She is survived by her children Richard Ward of Stoneham and his wife Karen Ward, Ronald Ward of Norton and his wife Fran Ward, Randy Whalen of Tampa, FL, Carolyn Dever of Foxborough, and Deb Wilkinson of Quincy.

She is also survived by 10 grandchildren Richard Ward Jr, Danielle Ward, Kerri Ward, Krystle Bigler, Ronald Ward Jr, Randy Chassion, Steven Chassion, Elizabeth Whalen, Thomas Dever, Ashley Dever Valenzuela, and many great-grandchildren.

Charlotte was predeceased by her siblings Joanne Berry, Donna Pupeck, Louis Berry Jr,, Charles Berry, and David Berry. She is lovingly remembered by her living siblings Jeanette MacDonald of Punta Gorda, FL, Marilyn Gullotti of Marlborough, Barbara Forgeon of Quincy, and James Berry of Weymouth.

Charlotte's life will be honored in a private family ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, dana-farber.org
