Charlsie Lee Shrader, age 73, of Trenton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
Known affectionately as “Nana,” Charlsie was the heart of her family and the light in their lives. She lived each day for her loved ones, especially her great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and happiness. Fiercely strong-willed and never one to hold back her thoughts, Charlsie was admired for her honesty and independence. She was also a wonderful cook and spent over 25 years serving the community with a warm smile and a hot meal at Larry’s Restaurant.
Charlsie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Joe Shrader; her parents, Charles and Mildred Page; and eight siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Samantha (Tim) Combs and Christy Shrader; sister, Ann Kinsey; brother, Larry Page; grandchildren, Jessica (Adam) Thomas, Ashley (Justin) Avans, Cody (Tasha) Blevins, Britney Wamsley, Dillon (Ashley) Combs, and Cassidy Jo Combs; great-grandchildren, Jetta, Natali, Aliee, Isaiah, Serenity, Peyton, Jaxson, Edward, Aaliaah, Billeeann, Hayden, Sammy, Errie, and Charlee; along with many loved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the service hour.
Charlsie’s love, strength, and unforgettable presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
