Charmaine G Hoff

Charmaine G. Hoff, 90, of Glenside, PA passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026. She was born August 1, 1935 in York, PA to Helen and Arthur E. Gentzler. She graduated from William Penn High School in 1953 and attended Elizabethtown College.

Charmaine is preceded in death by her husband Henry B. Hoff Jr. (deceased 2007). Their married life started in Philadelphia and shortly thereafter, they moved to West Chester, PA. where she and Henry began raising their family. In West Chester, she was actively Involved in Eastern Star and Calvery Lutheran Church. In 1967, Henry and Charmaine moved to Souderton, PA where they resided for over 40 years and were actively involved in their children's lives and community.

Charmaine was a passionately devoted mother who was involved in the parent teacher association. She and Henry attended Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Souderton and taught Sunday School. She worked at the Telford Lutheran home for over 30 years caring for elderly residents and volunteered for game nights. She also worked at the election polls for many years.

Charmaine is survived by her three children; (daughter) Brenda and Shawn Stanley, (daughter) Dawn and Tim Kressly, (son) Henry and Eunice, (brother) Robert E. Gentzler and three grandchildren; Joshua Stanley, Megan Jaramillo and Martha Hoff.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Charmaine's family on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 120 N Easton Rd, Glenside, PA 19038. Her interment will take place privately by the family.
