i have felt a connection to your family since meeting you at the Forks in Winnipeg. MB many years ago. The family, including Grandma, was very gracious and Chase with his big, bright eyes, stole my heart.

To Milt, Darlene, and Collin. My heart is broken. I remember teaching Chase in Pre-K. He had a wonderful spirit and lots of energy but more than anything I remembered the family. You were supportive of our small Christian school. I am praying for each of you and just know God will give you strength and eventually peace. To the Stegall's, I have never met you but know of Milt from the CFL and his time on TSN as a member of the panel. When the news broke of the passing of Chase my heart sank and immediately thought of Milt and his family. He always spoke of his family, and his LOVE came right through the TV.
