Cheri Lott Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home and Chapel of Capitol Hill on Jul. 25, 2024.
The family of Cheri Lu Lott of Oklahoma City is saddened to announce her passing on July 23, 2024, at the age of 63. Cheri was born on October 4, 1960, to Benny George Lott and Carron Kay (Hendrix) Corn, both of whom have preceded her in death. She is also predeceased by one brother, David Lott.
Cheri's memory will forever be held dear by her children, Greg Lott and wife Amanda, and Tamara Lott. She is also survived by four brothers, John Lott, Gary Lott, Shane Lott, and Brian Stone and wife Tonya; as well as her grandchildren Donte Morrison, Donovan Morrison, Jett Jackson, Jordan Netter, Jayde Lott, Aidan Lott, Allyson Goodson, Tilar Crowson, Tanor Crowson, and Taylor Crowson; nephews and nieces nephews and nieces Johnny Lott Jr., Carron Lott, Angela Lott, Tyson Lott, Dustin Smith, Carina Smith, Savannah Cash, Charlene Cash, and Allen Cash; and many other loved ones and friends.
From the time she was very young, Cheri's charisma, humor, and bold personality endeared her to everyone she met. She remained lively and outgoing throughout her life and could talk – and joke around – with just about anybody. Cheri treasured her friendships and had many fond memories of nights out on the town, dancing the night away with her closest friends.
More than anything, Cheri cherished her family and loved nothing more than spending quality time with the ones she loved. She particularly looked forward to time spent with her precious grandchildren, and whether she was telling stories, playing Yahtzee with them, or simply watching them play, Cheri was always most joyful when she was surrounded by the little ones in the family. As we honor her memory, let us remember all the good times she celebrated, the many passions she pursued in life, and the unconditional love she showed to the ones who meant the most to her. Cheri will be deeply missed.
