Cheronda Jackson Obituary
Cheronda Monae Jackson age 49 of Galveston passed away Sunday, November 23, 202, at HCA-Northwest Hospital in Houston. Memorial services are 1:00pm Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the ILA Hall # 1504.
Cheronda was born June 25, 1976, in Galveston, Texas to Marshal Jackson, Sr. and Earnestine Adams Jackson. She was a 1994 graduate of Ball High School. After high school she attended Galveston College where she gained her training in cosmetology and started her career as a beautician.
She could be found enjoying quality time spent with her family and many friends that she easily made through the years as a beautician and an all around fun and happy person.
Cheronda was always upbeat and positive and was willing to help others when times were hard. Her kind spirit and the love that she shared with her family will be forever cherished.
Proceeded in death by her grandmother Emma Dell Oden and her mother Earnestine Jackson; survivors include sons Andre Lee of Galveston and Abrien Brooks of Galveston; Father Marshall Jackson, Sr. of Galveston, brothers Marshall Jackson, Jr. of Galveston and Marvin Jackson of Galveston, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
