Cheryl Bartlett Obituary
Born on June 4, 1945, in Fairmont, WV, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Marion Grayson (Grzybala).
Cheryl was a graduate of Morgantown High School, Class of 1963. She devoted her life to creating a warm, loving home for her family and took great pride in being a stay-at-home mom.
Known for her kindness, compassion, and friendly spirit, Cheryl touched the lives of everyone she met. She never knew a stranger and was always eager to share a smile, a story, or a helping hand. She especially loved to dance, bringing joy and energy wherever music was playing.
She enjoyed antiquing, reading, canvas painting, and painting with watercolors. She also loved dressing up for Silky's annual Fourth of July party and took joy in living vicariously through her cousin Diane's worldwide adventures. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, especially on the patio.
Cheryl was preceded in death by the love of her life, Mervin "Mac" Bartlett.
She is survived by her children, Kelly Brown and husband, Jim, and Kristi Luke and husband, Tommy; her grandchildren, Danielle (Tim Cosgrove) and Lindsay (Chloe Conway) Brown, and Ryleigh (Irving Lopez) and Grayson Luke.
Services will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV. Interment will follow at Brownsville Heights Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
