Cheryl Lynn Clark, 81 of Fremont, passed away early Monday morning, November 10th, 2025. She was born in Toledo to the late Russell and Doris (Seger) Reynolds.
Cheryl grew up in Bryan, OH and graduated from Fairview High School. Later she attended Stautzenberger College. She began her working career at GM and then for Humphrey Insurance.
Cheryl married James Theodore Clark in Toledo on December 17th, 1965. Together they shared 60 wonderful years with one another.
Cheryl was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She was a wonderful example of a Proverbs 31 woman. Cheryl lovingly invested her time decorating, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
She also enjoyed traveling to Arizona, Florida and Maine.
Along with her husband Jim left to cherish her memory are her 2 children, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren: son Richard and Kay Clark (Brewer) and their children: Theodore and Emily (Long) and their daughter Loren, Tabitha and Xris (Azrael), Trevor, and Travis; and daughter Deanna Clark and her children: Zechariah and Erin (Thatcher) Sloan, Alexis and John (Fleischmann) and their son Calum, and Michael and Trina (Saam) Lane. Also surviving is her sister, Jane Wendt of Perrysburg, OH.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Stephen Russell Reynolds; and brother-in-law, Allen Wendt.
Visitation will be held at Grace Brethren Chapel on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 from 9:00-11:00 AM with her funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM. Those attending the service will be welcomed to stay for a meal and time of fellowship. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont at 2:00 PM.
