A private family memorial service will be held at Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Robbins from Calvary Baptist Church in Charles City officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family.
Cheryl Evonne (Spurbeck) Herman was born November 30, 1958 in Charles City, Iowa to Bette (Whitmarsh) and Lynn Spurbeck, Sr. Cheryl married Orvall "Tike" Herman on January 23, 1976. The two soulmates began their life together and had four wonderful children: Sean, Collin, Christopher and Shana.
Left to cherish Cheryl's memory are her husband, the love of her life, Orvall "Tike"; children: Sean, Collin, Christopher (Angela) and Shana (Jonathon); grandchildren: Alexis, Deacon, Kaleb, Julia, Lukas, Peyton and Stella; brother, Robert Spurbeck, Sr.; along with many nieces, nephews, other family member and friends.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents; mother and father-in-law; and brother, Lynn Spurbeck, Jr.
