Cheryl Ann Thivierge, age 68, of Lincoln Park, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025. She was born on May 1, 1957, in Royal Oak, Michigan, to the late Earl George Hawley and Anna May (Williams) Hawley.

Cheryl was the beloved wife of the late Danny Thivierge, with whom she shared many years of love and companionship before his passing. Together, they built a family filled with devotion, strength, and care.

She was the proud mother of DeAnna Thivierge and Danny Thivierge, who were her greatest joy. Cheryl cherished her role as a grandmother to her four grandchildren-Gabriel Thivierge, Isabella Johnson, Salem Thivierge, and Mackenzie Conrad-always treasuring time spent with them and celebrating their milestones. She also shared a special bond with her cousin, Linda Kirby, who remained an important part of her life.

Cheryl dedicated her career to serving others as a secretary with Lincoln Park Public Schools, where she worked faithfully until her retirement. She will be remembered for her steady presence, caring spirit, and the way she touched the lives of colleagues, students, and families throughout the community.

Though her interests and passions were many, Cheryl's true legacy lies in the love she had for her family and the quiet strength she carried through life. Those who knew her will remember her warmth, loyalty, and resilience.

Private cremation services have taken place in the care of Solosy Funeral Home.

Cheryl's memory will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, extended family, and all who had the blessing of knowing her.
