Cheryl Marie Trosclair

Cheryl Marie Trosclair passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024 at Inspiration House in Garyville, LA at the age of 61. She was born in New Orleans, LA, was a longtime resident of LaPlace, LA and for the past few years resided in Garyville, LA. Cheryl was a graduate of East St. John High School. Loving daughter of Carole Troxclair Trosclair and the late James Donald Trosclair. Sister of Lisa Laiche (Gary), James Trosclair, Jr. (Lisa), Amy Tregre (Dukey), Tracy Tregre (Buddie), Jared Trosclair (Tina) and John Trosclair (Honey). Godmother of Leslie Motichek and Katie Forsythe. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Darla Edwards and her staff at Inspiration House for the wonderful care given to Cheryl. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1900 Greenwood Dr., LaPlace, on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be held in church from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass.
