She was born in Vero Beach, Florida to the late James Hall and Victoria Kelly.
Cheryl was Vice President of Jerry Smith Flooring & Design Center.
She was a member of the Vero Beach Moose Lodge #1822 and a member of First Church of the Nazarene. She had strong faith and she loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She attended Indian River State College.
Cheryl loved all animals, especially her dogs.
She would do her daily stops at Publix, Dollar Tree, CVS and Walgreens to find the best deals and BOGO's (Buy one, get one's)
Cheryl loved fellowship. She enjoyed playing bingo with friends. She adored her lunches with her ladies' groups. Cheryl valued her family very much and had a big heart to help out when she could and was a huge Miami Dolphins fan!
Survivors include her daughters, Alexia and Mikayla Willaman; beloved husband of 28 years, Mickie Willaman; sister, Julie (Jerry) Farmer; and nephews, Alex and Austin Barnard.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Vero Beach Moose Lodge #1822, 226 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32968.

Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

I was shocked to hear of the death of my fb friend Cheryl. I just saw that she died on my birthday.
Cheryl and I became fb friends a year ago when a mutual fb friend passed away in November 2023 with no warning or anything.
I didn't know Cheryl was sick and so sorry and upset for the loss of another dear friend.
