Chester Cerane Frazier

Chester C. Frazier, 85, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
Born on June 4, 1939, in Orlando, Florida, Chester was the son of the late Chester Clarence Frazier and Agatha Frazier (Marcelle). He worked for the New York Transit Authority, driving buses for 20 year,s and was able to enjoy retirement for 35 years.
Chester was married twice in his life. He married Georgiann Frazier and together, they raised seven children. They shared many cherished years before her passing. Following her death. Chester found love again and married Debbie Frazier, his devoted wife of 24 years, and he was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a loving grandfather. They built a life centered on faith. family and community. In his final years, as his health declined, Debbie lovingly cared for Chester at home, providing comfort, strength, and unwavering support. Her dedication as his caregiver was a true reflection of the deep bond they shared.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 24 years, Debbie Frazier; his children, Kevin Frazier, Demita Frazier, Desha Washington, Beverly Frazier, Chester Frazier Jr., Derek Frazier, and Vinnetta McQueen; his goddaughter Natasha Jones; his eighteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and his brother Victor Frazier. He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter Denise Byrd; his grandson Michael Byrd Jr.; his brother Ernest Crumpton; and his sisters Nora DeLoach (Frazier), Lurena Frazier, and Joyce Frazier.
A memorial service was held on Friday, 16, 202,5 at 2:00 pm at 26350 Woff River Ridge Road, Pass Christian, MS 39571.
