Just looked at a photo from years ago with Chet and Mike Parta, owner of Perham EB. Mike and Rhonda (who also worked at the EB) both left us in the last month to join Chet. Warm homecoming sweet friends!

Chet and I worked several years together at the Perham Enterprise Bulletin newspaper. In the early years, Chet wrote all his feature articles on his manual typewriter. I can still hear the keys clicking away. Chet moved up to the computer and continued to write several travel features from the trips he and Florence took. Chet's friend Sam Markell would come into the EB office each week to go to Rotary. I joked with them that if Sam would teach me how to swim, I'd learn the Army song from them. They were a fun pair to visit with and I miss them both. My thoughts are with Florence and the family.

I remember the good times shared at Shepherd of the Hills UMC in Sun City West, AZ while my husband (Rev. Richard Peterson) was pastor there. Chet & Florence were wonderful people. Peggy Peterson Siebert
