Chinetia Mary Thompson

Chinetia Mary Fuller Thompson was born May 14, 1930 in Guilford, County, North Carolina to Charlie Fuller and Jessie Crawford Fuller. Following a period of declining health, she peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on May 2, 2025, while she was being cared for by the staff of Maple Grove Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Greensboro, North Carolina.
She was married to Nelio Thompson and this union was blessed with three children: Nelio, Jr., Bobby and Ethel. She was employed for many years with Brown-Wooten Hosiery Mills until her retirement. Spiritually Chinetia was the eldest member of Morning Star Baptist Church and served many years with the Missionary Society. She believed in the power and effectiveness of prayer. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening vegetables and flowers. She will be dearly cherished and missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves loving and lasting memories to her last surviving child, Bobby Thompson; five grandchildren Rodney Thompson, April Thompson, Kourey King, Justina Thompson and Ajasia Thompson; two bonus grandchildren: Keria Graves and Quientchella Graves; 8 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews other relatives and dear friends.
In her passing she now joins her loving parents Charlie and Jessie Fuller, her husband Nelio Thompson, Sr.; two children: Nelio Thompson, Jr. and Ethel Mae Thompson and all her siblings: Charles Edward Fuller, Reynolds Fuller, Elzola Fuller Terrell, Virginia Fuller, Jerline Fuller, Bernice Fuller Brown, Brona Moore and Nellie Walker.
