New Iberia, LA - A funeral service for Mr. Choune Phommasaeng, 58 will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Fletcher Funeral Home.

His cremation will follow at Southwest Louisiana Crematory (1100 Trotter Street) in New Iberia, LA.

The visitation will be held at Fletcher Funeral Home on Friday, September 12, 2025, beginning at 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. The visitation will resume at Fletcher Funeral Home on Saturday, September 13, 2025, beginning at 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service.

Choune was a native of Kongseon, Laos and a resident of New Iberia, LA. He departed this life on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at his residence.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Satima Bourdier of New Iberia, LA; one sister, Soune Prommachai of Minneapolis, MN and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chan Phommasaeng and Wane Keosangvan.
