Christa Lee (Davis) Williams

June 6, 1973 – September 25, 2025

Christa L. Williams, age 52, of Marysville, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, on September 25, 2025. She was joyfully reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Patrick Jeremy "PJ" Williams, who preceded her in death just thirteen days earlier on September 12. Their remarkable love story spanned more than 26 years, and it was only fitting that they could not be apart for long.

On June 6, 1973, Christa was born in Marion, Ohio, the daughter of Pamela Jean (McCloud) Endsley and C. Steve Davis. She was raised in Richwood and Marysville, and graduated with the Marysville High School Class of 1991.

While she held various occupations throughout her life-including work as a medical coder for Modern Medical Company and most recently as a peer support specialist with Wings Support and Recovery -Christa's proudest and most cherished calling was being a Mom.

One fateful evening at a local party, Christa officially met PJ, and sparks immediately flew. Their love blossomed quickly, and they were married on April 17, 1999-a date that would come to hold even greater significance when Christa received her cancer diagnosis on the very same day, 26 years later. Together they raised three wonderful children: Kinsey, Kylee, and Logan. PJ became "Dad" to her girls, and Christa and PJ built a home filled with faith, love, laughter, and devotion to family.

Christa and PJ's lives were deeply rooted in their shared faith. Both were active members of the First Baptist Church of Marysville, where their joyful voices often rang out in song and praise. They also gladly volunteered to help clean the church together. Christa's creative spirit was often on display at the church as she made colorful sign-up sheets, and spread cheer in her own unique ways.

Christa shared PJ's passion for sports-though she didn't root for all of his teams. She was an enthusiastic Notre Dame fan, and while she could never embrace PJ's Miami Dolphins, she found her own joy cheering on Joe Burrow and her Cincinnati Bengals. NASCAR was another of her great loves, so much so that she even named one of her dogs after her favorite driver, Rusty Wallace.

When not watching sports, Christa could often be found wrapped in the coziest of blankets enjoying True Crime shows or podcasts, which she loved to recap with her son-in-law, Philip. A creative and gifted crafter, Christa poured her heart into scrapbooking, gift-making, and crafting projects, especially after she discovered her Cricut machine. Every project she touched carried her vibrant personality.

Above all else, Christa's greatest joy was her family. She adored her children and lived for her role as "Mimi" to her beloved grandchildren. Her love and nurturing spirit extended not only to her family, but also to her canine companions, Stewie and Keegan, who were always close by.

Christa will forever be remembered for her bubbly, infectious laughter, her fun-loving spirit, and her fierce devotion to the people she loved. Those blessed to know her also knew her feisty side, especially when it came to protecting her family and friends.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity, and faith, carried on by her children, grandchildren, family, and many dear friends. Though her earthly journey has ended, her reunion with PJ reminds us of the power of a love story that even death could not separate.

Left to cherish her memory are her three adored children: Kinsey (Philip) Anderson, Kylee Burkard, and Logan (Maddie) Williams; three precious grandchildren: Brailey, Lilah, and Rory Anderson; her mother, Pamela Endsley; her father, Steve (Chris) Davis; three siblings: Cory (Anne) Davis, Fred Davis, and EJ (Joe) Noland; numerous nieces and nephews; and her father and mother-in-law, William "Russell" & Betty Lou Williams;

Christa was preceded in death by her step father, Tommy "Ace" Endsley; and her best friend, Amy Foster.

Her family will greet friends from 2-4 pm on Monday, September 29, 2025, at the Ingram & Snyder Funeral Home, 975 N. Maple St., Marysville. Services honoring her life and celebrating her faith will follow there at 4 pm, with Pastors Anthony Lampron and Larry McDonald officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Raymond Cemetery.
