Christie null Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home - Grand Prairie on Feb. 23, 2026.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christie Marie Tinlin, age 40, of Fort Worth, Texas, who left us peacefully on February 17, 2026. Born on October 21, 1985, in Grand Prairie, Texas, Christie was a cherished daughter, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

She became the heart of many, the soul of few, and the life and love of the lucky. She was tough as nails, a passionate artist, with a child's heart. When she loved, she loved full heartedly. She was always unapologetically herself.

Christie's love for animals was evident in the special bond she shared with her two beloved fur babies Tiny and Isis who provided her with companionship, love and joy throughout her life. A homemaker, she created a nurturing environment filled with love and laughter, becoming the heart of her household.

Despite facing long-term health challenges, Christie faced each day with remarkable courage and resilience, serving as a beacon of strength and grace to those around her. Her unwavering will power inspired many and will forever remain in the hearts of family and friends.

Christie is survived by her devoted spouse Christopher Jones; son Ethan Jones; her in-laws Hoyt and Debbie Jones; her sister Doranda Caudillo; her brother Rayne Caudillo; and her sister-in-law; Cindy Caudillo along with her, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews who will miss her deeply, holding onto the precious memories they created together.

Funeral services and ceremonies to honor Christie's life and legacy will be held at a future date, details of which will be shared with family and friends. We invite all who knew and loved Christie to join us in celebrating her exceptional spirit and the indelible mark she left on our lives.

Rest in peace, dear Christie. You will never be forgotten.

Christie was preceded in death by her husband; Tod Tinlin; mother in-law, Marie Tinlin; daughter, Harleen Tinlin; parents, Benidito Caudillo and Dora Ramirez Caudillo; her brother and sister in-law, Michael and Judy Caudillo; and nephew, Ryan Bishop.
