It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christine C. Dugan, who left this world on October 17, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on October 24, 1956, Christine was a beloved member of her family and community, known for her warmth and kindness.
Christine dedicated a significant portion of her life to her career, working diligently for R & W Screw before retiring in 2021. Her dedication and hard work earned her respect and admiration from her colleagues and friends alike. Christine loved to garden and had a special fondness for hummingbirds, which brought her joy and tranquility. Her open heart and nurturing spirit touched all those around her, and she will be deeply missed by many.
She graduated from Lehman High School and went on to build a fulfilling life surrounded by her loved ones. Christine's family meant the world to her. She is survived by her loving lifelong partner, Gary Hall, her mother, Nelda Dugan, and her children: daughter Laura (Aaron) Lambert and son Russell Link. She cherished her sisters, Kathy Dugan and Eileen (Howard) Hostutler, as well as her granddaughter, Ava Link. Christine also embraced her role as a stepmother to Amanda Thorne and Angie Hall.
She is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Dugan, and two sisters: Nancy Dugan, and Virginia Ginther. All of whom held a special place in her heart.
Christine C. Dugan leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories that will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and friends, her kindness, and her passion for the simple pleasures in life.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on October 27, 2025, at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes, located at 1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646. The funeral service will follow from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery, 4414 Cleveland Avenue Northwest, Canton, OH 44709, beginning at 2:30 PM. The day will conclude with a Celebration of Life held by the family at the Ninth Street Event Center, 1008 9th St SW, Massillon, OH 44647, Starting at 3:30 PM.
