Christine Poulos, 90, beloved Aunt, Daughter, Cousin, Sister, Niece, and friend, was called to her eternal resting place on September 4, 2025. She entered this world on August 16, 1935, in Las Vegas, NV, born to Sam and Venea (nee Tsouras) Poulos.
She graduated from Las Vegas High School 1953. Always a trailblazer for the Poulos and Tsouras families, she graduated with a business degree and MBA from UCLA around 1957-1958. Christine was a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority during her time at UCLA. She spent her career in the retail clothing industry as a buyer and executive, and was known for her impeccable fashion sense and style. She made all who met her feel warm and welcome.
Christine was a lifelong member of St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, fulfilling many church positions including Parish Council Board Member and President of the Ladies Philoptochos Society. She received the prestigious Kronos Award for her leadership and lifelong contributions to Philoptochos. She was very involved with the annual Greek Food Festival and loved by many in the community.
She is survived by her nephew James Poulos; niece Stephanie Poulos ; cousins; Peter Tsouras; Lynn Doering; Jaynie Shelton; Toni Siciliano; Valerie Lotito; Christopher Tsouras; Stacy Tsouras
A memorial service will be held on September 22, 2025, at St. John's Greek Orthodox Church.
