She was born in Union City, New Jersey to the late Aldwin Merz and Ann (Mayer) Merz.
Christine is also predeceased by her sister MaryAnn Kruckmeyer.
She is survived by her beloved husband James Rusek of Cliffwood Beach; and her siblings Barbara Light and Susan Prusko.
At the request of the family Christine will be privately cremated.
