Christine Urquiola

Christine was born December 14, 1948 to José and Ada Perez in Havana, Cuba. She migrated to the United States at age nine. She met the love of her life, Arturo Urquiola, at age 17, and three years later married him on February 9, 1969 in New York.

She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother of three, grandmother of eight, and great-grandmother of two. She loved to spend time with family, and all of her children's and grandchildren's friends called her "Mom" or "Grandma." Her heart and home were always open to anyone in need. She enjoyed cooking and visiting casinos. She will be missed by everyone whose life she touched.

She is survived by her loving husband Arturo Urquiola, daughter Christy Stetson and husband Tony, daughter Jeanie Hager and husband Scott, son Art Urquiola and wife Joanna, grandchildren Lindsey Patterson, Alexandra Urquiola, Shelby Urquiola, Victoria Urquiola, Tristin Hager, Cody Hager, and Hunter Stetson; great-grandchildren Llyon and Jayden Patterson, brother José Perez, and many other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father José Perez, father-in-law Joaquin Urquiola, mother-in-law Julia Celia Ulloa, granddaughter Elizabeth Paige Urquiola, and mother Ada Perez.
