Mr. Christopher Shane Bohannan

Visitation for Mr. Christopher Shane Bohannan, 49, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home. Shane passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Russell Medical. He was born on June 2, 1976 in Ashland, Alabama. Shane loved his family very much and was the best husband and daddy. He was a wonderful cook and grill master. He was an avid Auburn fan, enjoyed spending time on the lake, and was a ham radio operator enthusiast and his call sign was "KI4EHN". He worked as a Network Engineer at Russell Lands and loved his job greatly. Shane is survived by his wife of 24 years, Kelley Harris Bohannan; daughter, Brooklyn H. Bohannan; father, Terry (Barbara) Bohannan; mother-in-law, Janie Harris; aunts and uncles, Sherry Bohannan (Michael) Jones, Jerry (Jolene) Bohannan, and Sherry (Robbie) Gravette; cousins, Jonathan (Autumn) Kinder and Andy Kinder; and a host of other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Peggy Bohannan and Lenward and Mary Jo Lowery. Radney Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Christopher Shane Bohannan.
