Christopher Lamar Brooks, age 48, of Philadelphia, PA, formerly of Nakina, NC departed this earthly life on Monday, January 20, 2025 in Philadelphia.
There will be a viewing on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Westside Funeral Home Chapel, 106 S Lewis St, Tabor City, NC 28463.
The funeral will be Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 1:00 pm in the Zion Plain Missionary Baptist Church, 11040 Seven Creeks Hwy, Nakina, NC 28455.
Surviving to cherish his fond memories are his mother, Wanda Brooks, the love of his life, Leah Marie Sivels, his children; Christian Xavier Brooks, Kadyn Vaughn Brooks, Phoenix Kai Brooks, and Anthony Sivels Baskerville.
