Christopher "Bubba" Aaron Spencer

We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Christopher “Bubba” Aaron Spencer, 28, of Monahans, TX, who tragically left us on September 28, 2024. He was born on August 20, 1996, in Odessa, TX to Norris Lee and Christine Spencer. 

A funeral service will be held at Cornerstone Church on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM with Stan Hufty officiating. Following the service, Christopher will be laid to rest at Monahans Memorial Cemetery. 

A man of unwavering kindness, Christopher fondly held his daughter close to his heart, finding joy in every moment spent with her, as well as his cherished dogs. He truly found joy in spending time with his family and embracing the moments that truly mattered.

Christopher was a Monahans High School graduate who excelled in football during his school years. His favorite colors, red and black, were always close to his heart. Known for his compassionate and giving nature, Christopher would go above and beyond to help anyone in need, epitomizing a heart of gold.

Christopher is preceded in death by his Father: Norris Lee Spencer, Grandparents; Preston Spencer, Farine Thomas Grandmother: Dorris Williams; Brother, James Darren Spencer and Charles Phillips; Aunt; Arbie Roberts, Uncles; Lynn D. Carthon, and Willie J. Carthon.

Christopher survived by his Daughter; Amaliya Elaine Spencer, Mother; Christine Spencer, Brothers; Nick Spencer; Sisters; Charlotte Phillips, Edith Spencer, Sherri Denise Adams; Aunts; Vernell Myers of, Shirley Carthon, Delores Spearman, Uncle Paul Fletcher, and numerous extended family members and friends.

Pallbearers are as follows: Tyqualy Fletcher, Tyus Porras, Tre Porras, Matt Morales, Macauly Fletcher, Jason Ingram, Joshua Fritsche, and Josh Ingram.
