Christopher L. Burk

Christopher L. Burk, 61, of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in Pueblo, where he had been in failing health.
Christopher Leroy Burk was born on November 4, 1961 in Tacoma, Washington to Ervin A J Burk, Sr and Charlotte Genevieve (Baldwin) Burk. His parents divorced in 1964 and his father remarried in 1965. His family moved to Missouri in 1966 and later moved to Ausbury, Missouri in 1972, where he attended school and was elected the 3rd grade class King. He attended high school at Labette County High in Altamont, Kansas. Christopher moved to Pueblo, Colorado in 1987 where he resided until his death.
Mr. Burk was preceded in death by his grandmother Lela (Pyle) Patterson, his mother, Charlotte (Baldwin) Burk Morgan, of Washington: a sister, Charlene (Burk) Rosignol, of California; a brother, Ervin Burk, Jr, of Erie, Kansas; his father Ervin AJ Burk, Sr, of Pueblo and his stepmother, Clara LV (Davis) Burk, of Pueblo.
Christopher is survived by his brother, Alvin K. Burk, of Colorado Springs, CO,; sisters, Patricia (Burk) Beach, of Parsons, Kansas, and JoAnne (Burk) Pirnie, of Phoenix, Arizona; Esther (Burk) Kevan, of Rye, Colorado and Sara Jane Burk, of Nevada; as well as several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Christopher's Life will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the New Hope Church, 1010 Troy Avenue in Pueblo.
