With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Christopher Carey, who left us on August 31, 2024, at the age of 45. A devoted father, son, brother, and friend, Christopher’s presence in our lives will forever be cherished.
Chris was a kind soul who touched the lives of all who knew him with his warmth, humor, and boundless generosity. As a father, he was loving and proud of his daughter, and his bond with her will never be broken.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Christel Carey; his mother, Sharry Carey; and his brother, Leroy Beekman. He will also be dearly missed by extended family and friends who were blessed to know him.
Christopher’s unexpected departure has left a hole in our hearts, but his legacy of love and kindness will live on in all of us. We find comfort knowing that he is at peace, and we will forever carry his memory in our hearts.
