Christopher was born on July 3, 1954 in Louisville, KY to Lawrence William Dilger and Mary Virginia Quilty. He obtained a BA Degree in Finance. He married Albertina Aguiar and raised three sons: John, Joseph, and Nicholas. Christopher worked as a Division Manager in Logistics at Beltmann Relocation Group in California for about 20 years before moving to Oklahoma.
Christopher enjoyed sports. When his children were young, he would spend time with them throwing and catching a baseball. One time he brought them to a Dodgers game. Christopher enjoyed watching sports on TV. He also would go to the high school football games to see his son in the school's band. Christopher worked very hard providing for his family even when he reached retirement age. He showed great perseverance throughout his life.
