Christopher F.X. Hannan passed away suddenly on December 4, 2024, at the age of 46. Chris was born on July 6, 1978, in Abington, Pennsylvania, to Kathryn Hannan Jones and Michael Jones. He was the beloved father of Keira, Caitlyn, and Quinn; brother of Barry Hannan (Kristine), Maria Ciliberto (Nick), and the late Anthony Ciliberto; stepson of John Ciliberto (Diana); and stepbrother to Tina Cerne (Adam), Tiffany McDevitt, Jennifer Ciliberto, and Eric Ciliberto. He is also survived by Jacqueline Hannan; his nieces, Allison, Samantha, and Olivia; his nephews, Logan and Kevin; and many extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kathryn B. Hannan and Francis X. Hannan. Chris was deeply loved by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
Chris was raised in Sewell, NJ (Washington Township), where he developed a love for sports and competition. A proud and active member of the Local 19 Sheet Metal Union for over 20 years, Chris was known for his hard work and dedication. In his youth, he participated in Washington Township football and wrestling programs and had a passion for hockey. In recent years, he enjoyed golf, baseball, softball, fishing, and hunting.
Above all, Chris loved being a father. He found joy in watching his daughters grow and thrive. Whether coaching their softball teams, cheering from the stands at volleyball games, or being a proud "cheer dad" for his youngest, Chris embraced fatherhood wholeheartedly.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Christopher's life on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. until the start of his Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. at the Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, located at 746 Kendron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070. Interment will be private.
