Christopher was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Frederick and Betty on July 6 1956. He went to school at North Central High School in Indianapolis, IN. He worked as a carpenter for 40 years.
Christopher is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Betty Hartig; brother Phil Hartig.
Christopher is survived by 4 brothers, and a sister-Frederick Hartig, Richard Hartig (Betsy), Eric Hartig (Pam), Becky Swengel, Kenton Hartig and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Humane Society of North Pinellas.
