Christopher Homa passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the age of 45. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and a fiercely loyal friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Born in Bristol, PA, on March 26, 1980, Chris was the beloved son of Josephine Marie (Kowski) Homa and the late Kenneth Joseph Homa. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Jessica Schreiner Homa, and his cherished daughter, Penelope Jane, whom he adored with every fiber of his being.
Chris is also survived by his brother, Matt Homa and his wife, Heather; his sister, Lauren Thompson and her husband, Chris. He was the proud uncle, and greatest supporter, of his 8 nieces, Maggie, Abby, Emma, Avery, Blake, Natalie, Collins, and Sawyer.
He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his in-laws, Stephen and Lin Schreiner; his sisters-in-law, Krista Gebbia and her husband, Jamie, and Nikki Morris and her husband, Drew. Chris’s friends, many whom he considered family, he had known for over 30 years and held a special place in his heart.
A proud attendee of the University of Pittsburgh, Chris found great joy in coaching his daughter’s basketball team and watching her play lacrosse. He loved traveling with his family, and celebrating the Eagles’ Super Bowl and the Phillies’ World Series victories. He could have done without this year’s Phillies season, but a fan nonetheless.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Chris’s viewing on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. His Funeral Mass will begin at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chris’s memory to Eluna, an organization supporting children, teens, and families impacted by grief. Learn more about this organization at https://elunanetwork.org/.
