Christopher Kepentzis

Shirley - Christopher Kepentzis passed away peacefully at home on January 3, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.

Christopher lived in Shirley, MA with his wife Sevi and their late son Adam, who was their pride and joy. Together, they served the Ayer community for over thirty years as proprietors of Parthenon Pizza.

Born in Piraeus, Greece, he immigrated to the United States at the age of seventeen and lived in Somerville, MA. He was a self-taught Greek Musician and was known throughout the Greek community in Boston and Lowell, MA. During this time, he met his wife Sevi who was also a musician and they performed together as Sevi Party & Trio Chris for many years.

Christopher was a man of high moral character and integrity. He was generous and loving with family and friends. A natural born storyteller, he will be remembered for his sense of humor and talent for telling jokes. He enjoyed fishing and traveling with his family.

Christopher is survived by his wife Sevi (Loukas) Kepentzis, sister Ekaterini and brother-in-law Aristidis Vidianos, sister Kalliopi Kyridis, sister Irene Albino, sister Anthoula and brother-in-law Sotiris Vovolis, sister Maria and brother-in-law Oscar Garcia, and brother Mike Neofotistos. He is further survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Christopher is predeceased by his beloved son Adam Kepentzis, mother Despina Neofotistos, father Ioannis Kepentzis, stepfather John Neofotistos, and brother-in-law Peter Kyridis.

Calling hours will be held in the Anderson Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Rd., Ayer, on Tuesday, January 9, from 4:00-7:00pm.
