Christopher Kovach Obituary
Christopher achieved his cosmetology diploma in June, demonstrating his dedication to his craft and a passion for creativity. His ability to walk into a dark room and light it up with his energy, aura, and bright smile was a gift that endeared him to many. Christopher was known for his quick wit and the ability to make others laugh, often cracking jokes that left everyone in good spirits.
He leaves behind his mother, Renee (Roger Jones) Kovach, and father, Anthony (Maria) Brown. Christopher was a proud father to his children: Jayekub, Christopher Kovach Jr. (and his mother Ericka Fortner), Aiden Kovach (and his mother Christina Rogers), Ahlanna and Kaleena Kovach (and their mother Taliah Morales). He was also a cherished brother to Joseph (Taylor) Charlton III, Andrew Carter, Anthony (Deanna) Brown, Jeffrey Kovach, Nicklause "Nick Nick" Brown, Demorestt Velazquez, Dionna Brown and Joe Jones. His grandmother, Marie Brown, along with many nieces and nephews, will continue to hold his memory close to their hearts.
Christopher was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Stephanie Brooks, his great grandmother, Helen "Mamaw" Kovach, and his close friend, Javi Aponte. Their memories will forever remain an integral part of his legacy.
Memorial services to honor Christopher's life will be held at Dovin Funeral And Cremation Specialists, located at 2701 Elyria Ave, Lorain, Ohio, on July 1, 2025. Visitation will commence at 4:00 PM and continue until 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 7:00 PM. Certified Celebrant Obed Melendez will officiate.
Christopher Kovach was a shining light in the lives of many, and his spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. "You will be highly missed - 'Ball Out'"
